Background

Roobet, the rapidly growing crypto casino with over 5 billion bets placed through the platform, features a vast collection of over 6300 games including classic games and exclusive titles like "Snoop's Hot Box". JUICE Creative Group and OnePlusOne Solutions were tasked with a full redesign of Roobet's website to deliver a fun, sleek platform with user-friendly appeal.

The challenge: Redesign the online casino to elevate the user interface, improve navigation, and promote customer trust.

Designing for User Experience

JUICE led Roobet through a platform overhaul with enhanced user experience in mind to attract new customers and encourage engagement among current platform users. The improved design would appeal especially to first-time users who were less familiar with online casinos.To expand the user base and overall appeal, we focused on making the platform easier to navigate and understand. One area of great importance was recreating the cryptocurrency deposit flow, which was designed to include a guided, step-by-step explanation of the process.

With the platform UX reimagined, JUICE focused on building out a sleek and modern homepage that would set Roobet apart as a leader in online gaming. We focused on creating an inviting entry point that captivates and informs, blending promotional highlights with easy transition to gaming options.

Redefining User Paths & A Scalable Design System

A crucial aspect of the user interface revamp included developing a custom design system from scratch. This framework includes distinctive icons, an energetic font, and a dynamic color palette that captures Roobet's playful essence. The system ensures uniformity and cohesion across all platforms, and offers versatility for future expansions and additions to the platform. Roobet's navigation system was also re-engineered for intuitive exploration. We simplified user journeys, making improvements that ensured seamless transitions between sections. Every click leads users closer to their action, effortlessly.

Fostering User Trust & Community Connection

For Roobet, gaining and maintaining user trust, and ensuring comfort with financial transactions was crucial. User testing revealed that trust issues were a significant barrier for new users. We addressed this with sophisticated design and by prominently featuring licenses and reputable partners to boost trust and confidence within the Roobet community.
